  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to develop, and enhance customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Key Responsibilities include designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, implementing and customizing Omni-Channel for intelligent case routing, and building automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts.

Key Requirements
