Key Responsibilities include designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, implementing and customizing Omni-Channel for intelligent case routing, and building automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts.

Key Requirements
4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience
Working knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
