The role involves coaching a cohort of approximately 20 Professional Learning Specialists through observation, feedback cycles, and targeted development plans.
Candidates will travel 60% or more during peak season and receive reimbursement for all travel-related expenses including lodging and meals.

Base: $90,000 - $105,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, parental leave

Must-have
2 years PreK-12 teaching experience
2 years coaching educators experience
Facilitate remote and onsite professional development
Deep knowledge of STEM instructional best practices
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom
Nice-to-have
Experience coaching with Amplify programs
Support diverse student populations including ELs
Ability to navigate ambiguity in real time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years PreK-12 teaching experience
Minimum 2 years coaching experience in PreK-12 settings
