Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years software development experience
Python proficiency for backend systems
Kubernetes-based environment operations
Distributed systems design and scalability
API and asynchronous processing knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with LLM-powered applications
Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools
Knowledge of RAG and agent architectures
Mentoring engineers and technical direction

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
