Job Summary

  • Conduct on the job training (OJT) and coaching with new hires and existing staff on standard procedures, workmanship and safety through iOMS.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through the use of OJT2 and promote safety and quality standards through daily observation and coaching.
  • Assist line leads in developing training plans for each new hire to develop skills at most efficient rates while providing most impact to the line.
