TOUCH COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an Executive in Fitness & Wellness to develop and deliver fitness programs for the elderly in the community. The ideal candidate will have a degree in physical education and at least three years of relevant experience, with a focus on client engagement and safety. This role is on-site and emphasizes building positive relationships with clients while ensuring the effective delivery of wellness programs

Job Summary

  • Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Program Design Lead the end-to-end planning, development, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of fitness and wellness programmes for clients
  • Develop fitness & wellness group classes catering from basic to advanced levels to enhance or maintain clients’ mobility, strength, balance, and self-confidence
  • One-to-one Coaching Conduct screenings and assessments to determine clients’ suitability for exercise programmes
