  • Manage and grow a portfolio of agency relationships within an assigned group, combining sales leadership, business development, and relationship management.
  • Develop and execute business plans to increase new business written premium, agent production, and retention, while driving sales through agency engagement and awareness campaigns.
  • Partner with regional field leaders, product managers, marketing, and national partner teams to achieve sales objectives and provide agents with resources, tools, and training.
