Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs and adherence to all facility policies and procedures regarding medication management and resident care.
