Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative functions including directing staff, ensuring policy compliance, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, complete charting and documentation, and participate in staff development and safety initiatives.
