Job Summary

  • To facilitate and implement the Technical Programmes using the WVIC development programme approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities.
  • Support the area team to make appropriate AP planning that reflect community identified priorities for child well-being in the area.
  • Engage in own personal learning and development, openness for spiritual learning and contribute to the development of colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social development studies or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in Public Health, Nutrition, WASH, Maternal and Child health
  • At least 2 years of experience in education programming
  • At least 2 years of experience with Children Adolescent and Youth programmes
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with local government and NGO partners
  • Experience in handling training and workshops for groups and communities
  • Experience in mobilizing resources and people for children development
