Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with Technical/Engineering concentration
  • 7+ years of experience in operations or related area
  • Relevant technical experience as substitute for education
  • 11 years of related experience without a degree
  • Procurement processes and contract management principles
  • Experience in product cycle phases
  • Working knowledge with Program Management
  • Experience with DoD and Aerospace and Defense sectors
  • Working knowledge with Risk and Opportunity Management, EVMS, Material Sale Forecasts, ERP/MRP, Gate Reviews
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to travel 25% of time
