Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining the department, participating in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
  • Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
