Job Summary
The Associate Lean Specialist supports the execution and sustainment of Lean and continuous improvement initiatives at the site, partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams.
This role is responsible for coordinating the site 5S program, maintaining visual management standards, and assisting in Kaizen events and problem-solving activities.

Key Requirements
