Salary

Base: 1.768 EUR/month; Bonus/Equity: Yearly bonus based on performance and company results; Benefits: Cafeteria points: 50€/month, Home office contribution: 20 EUR/month, Green benefit up to 300€, Sick leave compensation up to 80%, Life insurance contribution up to 22,14 EUR/month, 3rd pillar contribution up to 3%, 150€ for childbirth/adoption bonus, wedding day and registered partnership contributions, work anniversary award, Extra 3 PERSONAL days, Extra vacation days up to 10 days/year, referral bonus starting from 1000 EUR
