Job Summary

• Arcadia is seeking a pragmatic, solutions-oriented Corporate Counsel to help scale the legal function for a high-growth healthtech/SaaS business.
• This role will be a key partner to the Growth organization and will own day-to-day customer contracting, enabling Arcadia to move quickly while maintaining an appropriate risk posture.
• The Corporate Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel to support go-to-market and strategic initiatives, negotiate customer and partnership agreements, and help improve templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
