Base: $70,000 - $90,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for discretionary bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, 401k with match, life and disability insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years business systems analysis experience
Commercial mortgage industry experience required
SQL and Excel proficiency for data analysis
Ability to translate business requirements to documentation
Experience with Commercial Mortgage Servicing platforms
Nice-to-have
Specific experience in SS&C Precision LM software
Knowledge of general regulatory compliance in finance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Document Management or CRM tools
High attention to detail and multitasking ability
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of commercial loan administration processes
