Job Summary

  • This role ensures Humana’s cyber strategy is clearly communicated to senior leadership and the Board while being effectively implemented, adopted, and sustained across the organization.
  • The Associate Director, Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement works with EIP Department leaders to design and develop strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives that improve EIP program operations, talent, and associated delivery of technical tools and solutions.

Salary

Base: $172,300 - $236,900 per year; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus incentive plan; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), time off, disability, life insurance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of management experience
