  • Responsibilities include developing HR policies, planning and implementing HR management and development strategies, monitoring and reporting on HR issues, and contributing to HR strategy evaluation.
  • The role requires proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
