Job Summary

The Manager ERD is responsible for the quality of implementation, monitoring, and management of all ERD activities in the Liptako region, working closely with program teams, support staff, and partners.
The role requires strong leadership in supervising ERD staff, ensuring compliance with IRC policies, developing work plans, and contributing to proposal development and coordination with local clusters and authorities.
