Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage
Several years of clinical experience in a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager role
Proven experience in managing non-clinical partnerships
Deep understanding of the healthcare market and local regulatory/policy environment
Experience in contract negotiations and deal structuring
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German
Strong English skills (written and spoken) required
Proficiency in a second official language is preferred
French language skills in writing and speaking are a plus
