Job Summary
Work closely with production, design, Test engineering, product engineering, and other stakeholders to release new products in the test site.
Lead the Test program & Hardware development for new production to meet time plan, cost, and quality targets.
Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement as fast as possible, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, and test failure analysis.
