Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and coordinate the infection control surveillance program.
  • Supervise staff, assist with overall supervision and management, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN License

  • 2+ years long term care experience preferred
