Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Power BI expertise including DAX and data modeling
Advanced SQL proficiency with relational databases
5-10 years experience in data development or analytics
Experience designing scalable data pipelines and models
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
Nice-to-have
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Synapse services
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
Background in life sciences or diagnostics industry
Ability to travel up to 10% for collaboration
