Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include directing nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with policies, administering medications, charting, and participating in quality assurance programs.
The role requires a current LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and the ability to manage administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, equipment, and care plan functions.
