Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The position requires performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as grounds upkeep.
Confidentiality of resident care information must be maintained, and the employee must report any suspected unauthorized disclosures.
