Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will own the technology and process, centerline settings, PM systems, and R&M budget for the line/s, while building the technical and maintenance skills of the technicians.
Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement, execute special maintenance tasks, and be responsible for Change Management, spares localization, and break-down analysis.
