Job Summary
Act as the single point of contact for module and software concerns impacting the assembly plant, working issues back to suppliers and engineering for resolution.
Manage PTR, SPPS, and PRTS processes to protect customers and plant operations, and work directly with the plant Electrical Team to ensure issues are properly managed.
Improve programming metric to support Electrical First-time quality goal of 94.5% and improve pass rate at GBFTT to enhance warranty performance and plant throughput.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years automotive electrical sub-systems experience
