Job Summary

  • Act as the single point of contact for module and software concerns impacting the assembly plant, working issues back to suppliers and engineering for resolution.
  • Manage PTR, SPPS, and PRTS processes to protect customers and plant operations, and work directly with the plant Electrical Team to ensure issues are properly managed.
  • Improve programming metric to support Electrical First-time quality goal of 94.5% and improve pass rate at GBFTT to enhance warranty performance and plant throughput.
