Salary
Base: $193,200 - $289,800 USD (McLean); Base: $174,800 - $314,400 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have
2+ years managing engineering managers
5+ years managing impactful engineering teams
10+ years object-oriented language experience
Bachelor's degree in computer related field
Nice-to-have
Experience in ERP application development
Strong focus on test automation
Ability to communicate technical complexity simply

Creating psychologically safe environments
Key Requirements
US Citizenship required for federal contracts
