Job Summary

  • Oversee field service engineers' coordination, including work assignment, resource planning, and technical preparation to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, maintain certification and competency records, and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
