Job Summary

  • Lead the delivery of integrated FM services for a client at their Mumbai headquarters, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee all facility services including engineering, housekeeping, cafeteria/F&B, security, and workplace experience, ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to KPIs.
  • Manage the full site budget, track expenditures, process POs and invoices, and identify cost savings opportunities for the Client.
