Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experience
  • GMP manufacturing environment experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Expertise in preventive maintenance programs
  • Proficiency in safety protocols including LOTO

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with TPM and 5S methodologies
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Experience managing contractors and vendors
  • Professional certifications in maintenance or automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years industrial maintenance OR High School Diploma with 6 years
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must pass comprehensive background check including drug screening
  • Preferred fields: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology GMP environments
