Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and resident privacy.
Key responsibilities include measuring vital signs, assisting with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or safety incidents.
