The Technical Advisor II provides rapid deployment program quality, management, and leadership surge support to CRS country programs within EurAsia during emergencies.
The role involves working with country programs to provide acting emergency program management/leadership and support the set-up/management of emergency field offices and operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in international development, Disaster Response or related field
Minimum of eight years relevant international working experience
Minimum of three years working for programming interventions in Emergency Response and Recovery
Previous experience providing technical assistance and developing successful proposals
Experience with program monitoring and evaluation
Experience in business development, project design and proposal development
Proficiency in English and at least one other language (Arabic preferred)
