The Accounts Payable Technician will perform a three-way match of packing slip, purchase order and invoice, and resolve discrepancies to get vendors paid timely.
This position requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to touch type and ten key, and excellent communication with attention to detail.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to match names and numbers quickly and accurately
Ability to learn general office procedures and equipment
Ability to operate basic functions in ERP system
Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record (if asked to drive)
