7+ years commercial training experience
Global training program design and delivery
Adult learning principles and instructional design
Blended learning approach with Allego platform
Cross-functional collaboration without direct authority

Sales or sales management background in healthcare

Knowledge of digital learning tools and LMS/LXP platforms
Additional language skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years relevant experience in commercial training or L&D
Experience in health sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred
