Key Requirements

  • 5-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Workday proficiency preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Eligible to obtain Defence Security Clearance
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
