  • This position is responsible for managing the Quality Management System for all ALAM manufacturing sites globally, serving as a corporate function owning and overseeing the global QMS implementation based on ISO9001.
  • The key driver will improve the ALAM QMS to meet and exceed semiconductor customer requirements, transform systems to ensure Quality is incorporated into every process step, and promote quality culture and mindset.
  • Responsibilities include owning the global QMS, ensuring policies meet international standards and customer requirements, analyzing gaps, defining improvement plans, and leading the global QMS audit program.

  • 10+ years of relevant working experience

  • Min. 5 years managing multisite QMS roles
  • Certified ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 or VDA auditor
