Wintrust is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to join their team in Rosemont, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of banking experience, preferably with closing experience in commercial real estate and commercial & industrial lending, and will work in a supportive, community-focused environment

Job Summary

  • Obtains appropriate supporting documents including title work, flood and OFAC searches, insurance, organizational documents, real estate collateral documentation and various due diligence items to verify compliance with loan approval and bank closing procedures.
  • Manages the loan closing pipeline and communicates timelines with internal loan operations department, lenders, title companies, and attorneys throughout the loan process.
  • Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses.
