Job Summary
This role supports the Corporate Treasury & Credit Division by managing a credit exposure portfolio exceeding $70 million for the AMS Region.
The successful candidate will utilize SAP to manage account collections, monitor credit holds, and resolve payment disputes across sales and customer service teams.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and commit to working on-site in Heredia, Costa Rica, three days a week.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ years experience in credit or collections
Proficiency in English (B2+) and Spanish
Experience with SAP ERP system
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

Knowledge of external risk agencies like S&P
Experience with Credit Risk Monitor
Strong stakeholder management skills
Background in dispute resolution
Self-starter with high initiative
