The position leads internal teams and third-party providers, drives accountability for quality and timeliness, and partners closely with Market Finance, Global Process Owners, and Enterprise stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Significant progressive experience in accounting operations, controllership, or finance operations
Proven experience leading multitier teams and managing third-party service providers
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance standards
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or local equivalent) preferred
