The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality standards

Key Requirements
