Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading the operational performance and development of our Parcel Returns proposition across George.com, Amazon and our third‑party ASDA toyou clients.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders across Retail, Store Operations, Online, Transport, and our external carrier partners to ensure returns are handled efficiently, accurately and with consistently high service standards.
