Job Summary

  • The Release Manager oversees the end‑to‑end release lifecycle for new products, features, and updates—from development through commercial launch, ensuring predictable, operationally safe, and reliable production releases with minimal risk.
  • This role partners closely with Program Management Office, Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Support teams to coordinate release activities, mitigate risks, and ensure a smooth transition from development to production and the commercial market.
  • Analyze release performance and lead post-release reviews to identify improvement opportunities, refine tools, processes, and automation to increase release efficiency, predictability, and quality.
