Job Summary

  • The Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC/UNESCO) is the United Nations body responsible for supporting global ocean science and services.
  • The Intern will have the opportunity to learn and support the overall work of the Sector’s mission, with activities varying depending on the requirements of the assignment.
  • The assignment is expected to provide the intern with opportunities to develop skills in project management, data analysis, partnership development, communication, and understanding of multilateral processes.
