Key Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 14 years (BS), 12 years (MS), or 6 years (PhD) industry experience
• Deep expertise in downstream biologics processing
• Experience in biologics commercialization and late-stage development
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
