The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for administrative functions including directing day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with policies, and participating in quality assurance programs.
Key responsibilities also include drug administration, personnel management, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
