Salary
Base: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, etc.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years patient care/clinical experience with Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 6 years patient care/clinical experience with Associate's Degree
Minimum 8 years patient care/clinical experience with High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
