ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Workday Product Owner with at least three years of experience in product ownership, particularly within data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

Job Summary

  • Developing the product vision (IT assets, services) and defining the product roadmap, as well as coordinating the work of the team (prioritizing the Product Backlog with relevant stakeholder needs).
  • Gathering and conducting initial analysis of change requests, data entry requirements and ETL tasks according to defined processes; conducting interviews to support diagnosis and designing individual solutions together with delivery teams.
  • The Global HR vision is building the craftmanship and the engagement of our people to deliver on the purpose and strategy of ING.
