The Lab Customer Services Supervisor oversees daily operations of the laboratory while performing specimen collection and processing under the direction of the Laboratory Customer Services Manager.
This role is directly responsible for technical quality, remedial training, documentation of employee competencies, and maintaining regulatory standards such as JCAHO and CAP.
The position requires working rotating weekends and holidays per manager-approved schedules or operational necessity due to staffing issues.

Must-have
4 years relevant experience required
Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology
24/7 shift work including weekends and holidays
Technical policy and procedure writing
Quality Control and Quality Assurance monitoring
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership skills preferred
Prior experience with employee evaluations
Knowledge of large multi-aspect processing areas
Ability to solve customer service issues
Experience with JCAHO and CAP standards
Key Requirements
Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology or Biological Science
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Good working knowledge of lab equipment principles and maintenance
