Job Summary

• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for patient care activities including vascular access evaluation, dialysis treatment initiation and discontinuation, and patient education.
• Supports infection control practices and participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
