Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in supporting a complex Enterprise HR environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Master’s Architecture, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling
  • Proven track record in developing, delivering, and supporting enterprise-scale applications
  • Deep understanding HR & Payroll IT systems and tools
  • Expertise in architecture frameworks and methods (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, SAFe Architect)
  • Experience in migrating on-premise HR applications/infrastructure to the cloud (AWS/Azure)
  • Significant experience in IT service and financial management
  • U.S. citizenship is required
